Based on years of exploring multiple approaches to treating anxiety, and years of working with clients, Anxiety Unpacked presents a model for conceptualizing the root causes of all anxiety and specific strategies for treating the source of each client’s anxiety. This model provides clients with an understanding of their anxiety and targeted strategies to treat the root cause, not just the symptoms of it.
Clients who have worked with this model have consistently reported gaining an understanding of their anxiety that is new and helpful to them, and that with this knowledge, they have been able to make greater progress in treating their anxiety than with other treatment approaches and techniques.
In this seminar, participants will learn:
The three root causes of all anxiety
How each root cause of anxiety manifests in unique ways
The targeted solution for treating anxiety by correcting the root cause of anxiety.
The process of change when treating anxiety
How to help clients to identify the cause of their anxiety and to employ strategies that will help them to reduce and control their anxiety.
Specific tools and strategies that can be used by clients to achieve mastery over their anxiety.
